FanDuel Predicts

Overview

As the rewards ecosystem grew within FanDuel Predicts, customers struggled to find and manage rewards across products. I designed a unified Rewards Hub that brought all reward types into a single, scalable experience, making rewards easier to discover, understand, and redeem while establishing a foundation for future loyalty initiatives.

Problem

Rewards were distributed across multiple products with no centralized destination for customers to access them. As new reward types were introduced, the experience became increasingly fragmented, creating friction in reward engagement and redemption. The challenge was to create a flexible, modular system that could support every current and future reward type while providing a clear and intuitive experience for customers.

Solution

I designed a scalable Rewards Hub that consolidated all reward types into a single, modular experience. A standardized icon system replaced market-specific representations, allowing users to quickly identify and understand rewards while creating a flexible framework that could seamlessly accommodate new reward types as the platform evolved.
